Our New Government Leader

Well, we just had our 23rd Prime Minister voted in Justin Trudeau. The only good thing is that he is the son of a woman who used drugs heavily, and hopefully, he is sensitive to mental health issues.
He has a majority government, and I suppose the fact that we had a balanced budged with Mr. Harper is not meaningful to most Canadians who voted Liberal. I wonder if we ever will see a balanced budged again. The younger generation wishes to spend, and spend as a means to stimulate the economy. I think personally, it was a grave error to make a change at this time globally, and Canada will suffer as a result. Trudeau, had all of Obama's campaign managers behind him. An unprecedented majority is what Canadians call this election, just as Obama's election was unprecedented. I'm glad Mr. Harper can enjoy a well deserved rest after these grueling years in politics, and strengthen his family ties, which as you may know has strained with the burden of the job. Two comments below I think express our shock at this majority government.

"I'd like to thank Stephen Harper so much for all the good work that he did on behalf of Canadians. He was a very faithful and hard worker and represented us well on a global scale.
I will now show respect for Justin Trudeau and will be praying that he will have much Wisdom, Knowledge and good practical sense to lead our wonderful country."

"Always comforting to know that your newly elected MP was charged with 6 counts of tax evasion a couple of years ago, wrote a letter of reference for an international drug smuggler who was later gunned down and has a wife who was charged with 14 counts of tax evasion."
