‘Me Too’

Two simple words, but they can be so powerful. ‘Me Too’ means empathy. It means understanding. When you hear ‘Me Too’ you learn that you’re not alone.

To someone with a mental illness reaching out for help or acceptance, ‘Me Too’ are words that can heal. It means that someone else hears you and cares.

‘Me Too’ can unite us, from those with a mental illness, to those that know and love them. ‘Me Too’ means there is a greater community of people who care.

‘Me Too’ can shatter the stigma that surrounds mental health.
