The Monster called Depression-Part 2

It says in scripture that in the last days, it will be just like the days of Noah, "...and they did not repent of their murders or their sorceries or their sexual immorality or their thefts." Rev 9 vs 21.

The English word "sorcery" originated from a Latin word, sortiarius, which meant one who sorts, as in casts lots with the assistance of evil spirits. The King James Version uses "sorcery," "sorcerer," or "sorceress" to translate a number of Hebrew and Greek words.
the Greek word, pronounced far-mak-yoos, which means to drug; the present-day respectable words pharmacy and pharmacist originated from that Greek word, which originally referred to people who used drugs or narcotics to poison or control people i.e. by the Biblical definition, illicit drug use was and is a form of sorcery.

I believe we are medicated, by potions and drugs from an early age. All the chemicals and preservatives in our food, baby formulas, all the gmo foods, pesticides and polluted environment leads to the question, how we even exist? Even gummy bears are made of cow hoofs, can you believe it? I can barely find a yogurt that doesn't have artificial sweetener in it. We are bombarded with garbage. This is possibly the first generation where parents will outlive their children, under "normal" circumstances.
The battle for our children's mind is fought with peer pressure to do molly, smoke marijuana, and drink alcohol. The use of such poisons by biblical definition is a form of sorcery. Just today, on one of the secular radio shows, there was a discussion on how best to inform our children about the effects of such drugs, since a young girl lost her life due to molly.  The consensus was that we are to make them curious about it, to have them ask information about it, and to see first hand what the effects are on an individual. Take your children to the Vancouver East side and show the children the people there, who are obviously addicted to some substances, and have them write an essay on what the outcome of these addictions are. Ask them what their friends were like once they ingested their alcohol or smoked their marijuana. Give them the information, and don't allow them to go to these parties, especially if there is a disposition to addiction in the family tree.
With the popularity of the rave parties, taking MDMA and other drugs is the norm. Our children have no idea that they also put rat poison in such things,as well as unknown substances that imitate MDMA from China, and very possibly land them in the hospital or the grave.
We all were  very proud of Deborah, that she declined going to a rave party this summer, even though she invested hundreds of dollars in her ticket. She was on a different quest, which was to draw near to God and read her bible. She was on a quest for something more noble, more eternal, since January of this year, and for every year in her youth.

"Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but one receives the prize? Run in such a way that you may obtain it." I Corinthians 9:24, "Therefore, since we are surrounded by such a great cloud of witnesses, let us throw off everything that hinders and the sin that so easily entangles.  And let us run with perseverance the race marked out for us, fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith." Hebrews 12-1.

Deborah obtained her prize; she is in glory now with her Heavenly Father. She finished her race.
