Today, I Remember

Today, I remember those we have lost and gone before us. Many have gone way too soon, and our journey forward is exactly like playing a violin with three strings. We feel the amputation of our extension. Itzhak Perlman had a string break on him at a major concert, and he played his pieces spectacularly with ONLY three strings.  Our lives carry on, in paralysis like coma. Mothers who've lost children in war, and mothers who lost their child due to a father who took not only his life but the life of his only daughter. Mental illness has played a key role in our torment. Wars have played a key role in our torment and illness played a key role in our journeys.
I know some of you may have heard that Michael Buble's son, Noah has liver cancer and he has cancelled his Singing traveling tour this Christmas to be with his son. This man will be tested to the core as they deal with illness of a 3 yr old. Buble recent move back to Burnaby, his birthplace will be instrumental in supporting his family at this time emotionally. Please pray for the ill worldwide. Michael has revealed his shock over Noah's diagnosis
I myself will have close friends over for a visit, who are bringing a meal on this Remembrance day weekend as we remember Deborah. They were here last year and the year before also. Human companionship is more than I deserve at this day, but God is faithful .Joy walks hand in hand with sorrow in our journeys.
