Kohlrabi: Harvest and Introduction: A Cultivar of Cabbage -TRG 2016

This is one of my favorite vegetable, and a must for Hungarian Gulyas Soup. You have to cube it and use half cubed potatoes and half Kohlrabi, in the soup. I usually will put only half the amounts in at the beginning, and half in the last 20 minutes of cooking. What tops off the flavor is some Italian parsley , and Hungarian white parsley root, which resembles a white carrot. Delicious..
