What I can't understand is why would he legalize drugs if he knows that it causes mental health., and damage to developing brains.
ONE CANNOT CONTROL AND REGULATE MARIJUANNA, JUST LIKE YOU CAN'T CONTROL ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION.....Surely, he has lost his wits. Despite the fact that his mother suffers from mental health.. He just simply doesn't get it.. does he?.
