Drag Kids?? CBC

CBC Kids News recently posted a promo piece about a new documentary called "Drag Kids". This brief video, aimed at a youth audience, promotes and glamourizes children being "drag queens".
It is absolutely heart-wrenching to see young 9, 10, 11, and 12 year old boys and girls being exploited as cross-dressing sex objects, performing lewd dances for the entertainment of rowdy LGBT crowds. One 10 year old even goes by the stage name "Lactatia" (as in "lactating").
They have obviously been groomed into this exhibitionist, immoral, pornographic practice by adults of influence in their lives. No decent parents would ever allow their children to be used like this - not for all the fame and money in the world!
CBC, by showcasing these misguided kids and presenting them as "normal" is glorifying an insidious form of child abuse and exploitation.
Not only should these children's parents be investigated by police, so should the producers of this CBC documentary! These kids should be in school, at home, in the playground - doing normal "kid things", not practising erotic dance moves in drag to provide pleasure to aroused adult audiences.
This may well constitute "sexual exploitation" under the Criminal Code of Canada, section 153 (1)(b).
There needs to be an urgent uproar against this - NOW!
Earlana, please sign this petition to the CBC to ask that this promo piece be removed and its producers investigated.
We have also reported this matter to the Canadian Centre for Child Protection.
God Bless.
