“Hell’s Kitchen” (8 p.m., Fox): We’re down to the final four and their families are coming to visit, so the pressure is on. At stake: The winner gets a day in Malibu with Chef Ramsay and his or her family. “Crazy Ex-Girlfriend” (8 p.m., The CW): Rebecca navigates major changes in her professional life and Heather gets a new opportunity.
“Taken” (9 p.m., NBC): A laid-off worker kidnaps a high-powered accountant in revenge for his lost pension, and the team gets swept up in a case of class warfare when Bryan decides to help the kidnapper get justice.
“Jane the Virgin” (9 p.m., The CW): After Jane and Rafael decide to send Mateo to a new school, they become guilt-ridden when they are forced to lie to get him in.  After Xo convinces Rogelio to attend therapy, they both are surprised by their emotions.   Meanwhile, Petra finds herself in big trouble with no one to turn to for help.
“20/20” (10 p.m., ABC): Tonight’s installment delves into the gymnastics sexual abuse scandal that rocked the world and included accusations by Olympic athletes Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney and Gabby Douglas. An astounding 156 women have testified against ex-USA Gymnastics doctor Larry Nassar. Anchor Elizabeth Vargas interviews victims who open up about their dreams of gymnastic glory, their harrowing stories of abuse by Nassar, why they decided to come forward, what the future holds for them and questions being asked about those who failed to protect them. On Wednesday Nassar was sentenced to 40-175 years in prison after pleading guilty to seven counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct with girls under the age of 15 in Ingham County, Michigan.

“One Day at a Time” (Netflix): The critically acclaimed reimagined rendition of Norman Lear’s classic sitcom returns for its second season.
