I have just recently became aware of this very serious addiction that can easily lead to mental health issues. I saw a documentary last night by Lisa Lang, where a young man with a promising career in sports needed to be removed from all technology in order to heal. Children in Silicone Valley are being put in Waldorf Schools where technology would not even be introduced to them till the high school level. Please , Please be aware of the dangers of technology..
