Scattered Thoughts

Today, I surprised my husband with 2 large bags of sand for growing yams in our back yard. Apparently, one can grow them even in Canada, if we have well over 150 days of above 18 C degree climate. I already have bark mulch and lots and lots of fertilizer from Potter's so I am rooting the yams in my window in glass jars.. 4 of them should yield over 130 pounds of potatoes. So much for my latest adventure.. which only I seem to revel in. the neat thing is that you can grow them in a large bag as well, so you don't have to worry about it overtaking your entire garden.. So I'm not yet decided where I'll place them.

Earlier today, I went to the graveside. I took some off white roses from my garden to Deborah.. The sunshine on my back was slightly interrupted with rain drops, but just for two minutes or so. I attached one small pink rose to garnish her bouquet. Very soon now, very soon.. the graves will open , and the dead in Christ shall rise first.. I have clung to this promise along with many others, like dear life for some time. God will move.. It is time.. He knows when.  Three or more churches were burned down on April 30/May 1 world wide as a sacrifice to the devil. He requires blood sacrifice too, that is the location of the former Twin Towers is so significant. The arch for idol worship is resurrected there as well.. the arch of.. well I forgot the name, but I posted on it.. One in London and one in New York , with a thousand more going up world wide. I know the believers have cried wolf a number of times, and these speculations have passed without Jesus' return, but the mockers will be silenced. Unless we watch and pray, we will be caught off guard as Revelations 3 verse 3 says. One of my girls is going on a trip to Cancun very soon, and I don't recommend air travel at this time for anyone.. Stay close to home if you can.. The days of darkness are coming as well. Famine is coming also, just like in the days of Joseph, but much worse. Our only comfort will be the Words of God from the bible. It is hard to think of Mother's day when so much is happening around us. I have yet to mail my mom's card in the care home she is in. I wonder how she is. I wonder if she is taken care of. Thousands of miles between us makes it hard to know.
