This is the Home where Deborah grew up since she was a little girl around two years old till about age 12. It is a North Surrey home that hold many memories. Our old neighbor called us today to say the house has been listed. The bones of the home is the same, the kitchen cupboards and laminate flooring is the same. the green walls are the same. the back yard was less bare.. We have many beautiful memories.. I have many many good memories, for instance the Christian school bus, coming to pick up all the girls, to take them to school. Going tobogganing at the back of Len Sheppard elementary school, roller blading around the trees in the cul de sac. Seeing little children play on their bicycles. Alex was a little Polish boy whom we babysat periodically. They were good friends.. I don't even believe Alex knows that Deborah is no longer with us. One time, a teenager would carry her while roller blading.. Deborah was her sweetheart in the neighborhood. Her irresistible smile, cut dimples, blue eyes and blond hair. She broke her elbow that day, this sweet girl, whose mom I saw at the funeral the last time.. I don't even know their name.. I'm so forgetful. All the birthday's violin practices, piano practices, baths, meals, songs laughter.. My mind is in a thousand places.. All longing for the past..
