FINAL WEEK Overcomer's Rapture Show (2hrs) 05/14 by Overcomer88888888 | Spirituality Podcasts: Christian rapture fellowship and prayer
Well, I hope that everybody is having a nice weekend. I was just catching up on the radio show above, where I am mentioned at the very beginning. Christine sure gives some very good advice about what to do. This morning, we went to check out this townhouse called co-housing in Langley. It is an interesting community, and in a sense are buying into that community. Some of the property we were not shown as it is a bit of a swamp area.. I wonder if there are any crocodiles there. The common spaces are dated, but lively, with lots of children. It is not like an old geriatrics place where the ambulance is greeting you every day or so.. There are lots of sofa's and such to meet people and share space with. The unit itself had 3 floors of stairs, and needed much repair.. It was listing for 500,000 Canadian dollars. It had original carpets.. I suppose my reluctance, eventhough my extroverted personality would be well attended to there, is the fact that it is very densely populated.. Ninety people in 30 units of various size dwelling. This largest unit was 1,800 sq feet on three floors, which we saw today. I am certain that the sale price will go beyond the asking price, and then you are still expected to work a number of hours a month in addition to your strata fees. So, I don't think my husband would like it.. He was polite and came along to the orientation, but we will not be running to buy here. Another co-housing development is going up in Vancouver now, and I hear that the price is very steep. I hope somehow we can solve our living situation. We have it so good here.. with our large space, and yard. We just find that we can't keep up with the work. So I must leave it with God, and pray He resolves this 'downsizing issue'.
Meanwhile, my newlyweds will be coming home tonight from Cancun, (Cancoon). I'll be out at the airport late. The weather is cooler, and we are thankful to be at home for the rest of the afternoon.
