Hungary refused the Olympic Games

I heard Hungary, refused one of the upcoming Olympic games, via a referendum by the people.(see next blog) I am very proud of them, because no country can ever recoup the money that is needed to host such an extravagant event. I have not been watching the winter games, except for the opening ceremonies. It is an event that began with the worship of Zues; the first Olympics. Today, may people have no idea.  The many subliminal messages, traditions are over the top. I don't have the time to research everything. I do hope that my posts are informative, though I do stray sometimes from the topic of suicide, as it is such a heavy heartbreaking subject. Forgive me for that. I always ask that you discern my selection of posts. I may not always agree with all of the posts, but I do try to bring awareness. For instance, should a person with mental health qualify to die by assisted suicide? These subjects are so difficult, and many times there are no right or wrong answers. We can only observe the laws in the land, and if we are savy, and so led; then try to change the leaderships/laws for the better. I have on purpose not shared a video about a man whose brain was misfiring pain signals, to the point that he was no longer able to sustain his pain. No doctor was able to help him, and as a young man he took his life. By posting his story, I hope and pray that you do not believe that I condone his actions. However, these are life stories that are part of the fabric of our societies. I did not even know that there was such an illness as to the misfiring of the nerves in the brain to cause such horrific diagnosis.Many take their lives due to physical pain from an accident, or ??? Is it weakness? I think every case is individual. May God help us all. Pray.
