I am getting some Thanksgiving Dinner invitation confirmations. It is nice to make our table available to those who are alone, and like the fellowship of a family. I am so excited, as I have two awesome tables to spread our dinner on. I have to iron some table cloths, and go shopping at a Turkey Farm, by Saturday.. which reminds me, I may have 2 more guests coming as well. A total of 6 guests and our family. I will make my own stuffing and cranberry sauce. Just being together is everything to me. When the Lord is present in our lives He fulfills all our needs and voids in our lives. I can live through menopause, disapproval, hunger, mockeries and whatever health issues life throws our way. We are His child and He is not going to abandon us now. In fact Jesus has prepared a table for us in the presence of our enemies, just like Psalms 23 says. He also has prepared us a mansion that He will take us to and gladly present to His child and overcomers. If we only could imagine the grand invitation to our Lord's table, we would not be so focused on the things of this world. We must take our eyes off the things around us, and meditate on His presence and Majesty. Today is yet another day, when we can turn to our Lord in humility and thanksgiving. He wants to embrace us as His child, and secure possession of our souls, but because of our free will, he will not impose on us. We can choose Whom we want to serve. There is but a few days of grace left, and the enemy will come to power. The god of this world will want to impose his ways on you and is determined to destroy your soul, so there will be no redemption possible. DO not take the mark/VACCINE of the Antichrist. The bible says that .. All who call out on the name of the Lord will be saved!!!! Berean Study Bible
for, "Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved."Romans 10;13. Jesus said, be of good cheer for I have overcome the world.... Through His death, he overcame all evil, and we are to rest in His promises.
As I glance at the hurricane now heading towards where my niece, sister and mother live,in Ft. Lauderdale Florida, Hurricane Matthew..I must put my fears aside, despite how grim it appears. My mom helpless in an old age home, and so many innocent lives with nowhere to go. Pray for the people of Haiti also, and the Cubans, and the Bahamas. We must rest in the Lord at all times. Meanwhile, I take great joy in the fact that I will soon see my precious daughter Deborah. Arne, the 97 year old family friend (who baptised Deborah)will be here for Thanksgiving as well. I often told him that he will not see death but be raptured before God's throne during His Great Appearing.
