When people purchased their currency (Dinar, Dong, etc.) and bonds (ZIM) they were required to give the dealer (Coin, Currency, Bonds) their email address.
That being so, those running the RV already haves everyone's email address so long as the email the purchaser submitted is still using the same email address they submitted when they bought their currency or whatever it is that they bought. Those that are still using that email should receive notification directly from the institution that oversees the redemption centers in their area: for most this would likely be from Well's Fargo due to their involvement with the rv.
Those that have changed their email need to be on somebody's email list that has an agreement with those in charge to disperse notifications. Those like Tony or Bruce et al are examples of those with such agreements. This is the only way for those people that have changed their email address to get notified. THEY MUST BE ON A MAILING LIST. Those that have not changed their email and are also on a mailing list for email might actually receive two notifications. Those that did change their email will only receive one notification and that's only if they are on an email listing somewhere with someone that already has an agreement to disburse the numbers. Either way, it is safer to be on an email list so you will be notified.
You cannot get notification from someone else that has received notification, because as soon as they received it they were under an NDA and are not supposed to tell anyone about it, including you, which means they cannot share the number with you. The number might only be for them anyway (we don't know) and, therefore, wouldn't work for you, but it will have a severe affect for them at redemption so their not likely to share their number with you anyway. You have to get on an email list if you want to be notified.
Again, if you are still using the email address you gave to the currency dealer then you'll probably receive notification even if you are not on an email listing, but why take the chance of some snafu occurring and not receiving an email with your 800 number in it (?). At least this way you are guaranteed to receive a notification (maybe 2) if you sign yourself up on somebody's email listing. It costs you nothing and there are no agreements you must adhere to such as what might happen if you joined a group and got your notification that way.
Get on a list.
