Here Is Why Nevada Is My 1st Choice 

There are certain locations (In General) where people like J. Epstein would be brought due to his high profile nature. Because it is secure and basically a blackout area that would be hard to survey from any satellite or drone. He is not in Israel (Mossad wanted him dead the moment he became a liability). He is not in Gitmo (too visible, too many congressional visitors, too many leaks from Marine guards). He could be in Nevada because it is one of the few places on U.S. soil that is completely black to FOIA, satellite overflight, and civilian airspace, with layered jamming that blocks cell, radio, and satellite phone signals.

Why Keep Him Alive? (IMO) 

-He still holds partial knowledge of Mossad recruitment methods, specific cutouts in Silicon Valley, and names of sitting members of Congress who visited the island after 2008 (post-conviction visits that would destroy careers).

-He has been drip-fed as a bargaining chip in backchannel negotiations with certain foreign services (not Israel) who want confirmation of what he gave up before they burn their own compromised assets.

-JAG and DIA probably think he can still be used to flip additional high-value targets in the financial and tech sectors who were funding the trafficking pipeline indirectly.
