No time frames have been given for EBS Activation. There have been many suspicions on time limits. Absolutely nothing has been set in stone about any of it. Absolutely no one knows and it is designed that way for a reason.
It will happen when it is time.
When it happens, follow the EBS instructions to the letter.
All we have been told by the operator who is dialed in:
(1) Everyone will be home.
(2) It will happen at the top of the hour.
The general consensus in decoder groups is to be ready for 3-6 weeks.
Everything has already been factored in. You will be fine. Do not panic.
