R and R

If you listen to Bruce, from Big Universe, he records 2 times a week. He mentions R&R (don't ask me what it stands for I always forget) but this R&R is money that is to be returned back to us from mortgages, interest, car loan interest, etc. He even said it includes birth certificates, marriage license, death certificate, divorces. But the birth certificate, they took out a trust (Cest Que Vie Trust) at birth. That certificate was traded on the stock exchange even. There used to be a site you could pull up (not active any longer) to see who was buying and trading you. This was probably 8-10 years ago, I had almost 5000 listings. Some people have very large numbers. I think those in the military had a lot of trading. But that's how we became slaves to the elite. At some point around NESARA we will find out about all of this. Increase in social security is a separate issue, that isn't included in this.
