TX's answer is a good one! The Universal Laws are defined by quantum concepts and principles. The Spiritual Vibration charts for various mindsets and emotions are key. The problem is that most spiritual leaders do not go very deep into the mechanics of the Universal Laws and associated spiritual principles. There are many videos with Taygetan Pleiadian info on quantum basics available via Cosmic Agency on Youtube (the first 25+ are numbered, then they are somewhat random based on subject matter). Swaruu Official on Youtube offers similar material. Both Sources are outstanding overall. For the highest-level quantum info we have found, reference the Guardian teachings presented by Speaker and translator Ashayana Deane. We have viewed many of her workshop videos, and I am currently reading the first of her two Voyagers books. Her early material also included efforts to rebuild the Earth grid and save the planet, and this was indeed accomplished. So just keep this in mind during the first several years of presentations. All of it is very high level and does get into more-complex quantum concepts. Like the Ra Law of One material, this will take several readings or listenings, note-taking, study and deep contemplation.
