- Nov. 28, 6-8:30pm: Dialogue - Families w/Loved Ones in Active Addiction
- Nov. 29, 12-2:30pm: Dialogue - Indigenous Families with Loved Ones Affected by Substance Use
- Nov. 29, 6-8:30pm: Dialogue - Families who have lost a loved one to substance use
- Nov. 30, 12-2:30pm: Dialogue - Service Providers working with those affected by substance use
- Dec. 1, 9am - 5pm: Learning Session - Facilitation of a Grief & Loss Due to Substance Use support group
- Dec. 1, 9am - 5pm: Learning Session - Facilitation of a Support Group for Families Coping with Substance Use
Organized
by the British Columbia Centre on Substance Use, BC Bereavement
Helpline, Moms Stop the Harm, Island Health Authority, AIDS Vancouver
Island, and South Island Community Overdose Network.
The
session with Indigenous families will be hosted at First Nations Health
Authority (7725 Tetayut Rd, Tsawout Territory). Dialogues and other
sessions will be hosted at Royal Jubilee Hospital/Begbie Hall (1900 Fort
St).
