So far I have not had much inquiry about my above ground suite that my daughter is vacating soon. With the apparent shortages of rentals I pray we find someone who is the right fit. There is also a possibility of renting it out as a 1 bedroom for $950 Sadly, these are the going rates in the Lower Vancouver Mainland.
