I had a busy Labour Day

I had a busy labour day! I went to the graveside early this morning and changed the flowers, watered the lawn and fed the birds. Then I helped friends prepare their home for sale. They did so much work already, I felt that I barely helped, but even so I am recovering and resting now, with a nice glass of chilled wine. Despite the air conditioner on, it is hot up here on the second floor of our home. The children are out on this last long weekend before work commences once again. Two work for the school district as special education assistants ( in the same school) and one is a nurse at a local hospital, on pediatrics. My husband did a load of wash which he is just hanging out. His feet are swollen and he is on strong antibiotics; two kinds as a matter of fact.I don't know how he will do his cross guard job tomorrow for 2 hours. Our lives are in God's hands, we do not know the tomorrow.  I am thrilled that this is a monumental month with the Revelation 12 sign in the sky, and so much more.. I am hopeful, that hurricane Irma will not hit Florida as  predicted. My mom is in a care home there, and a sister and niece still reside there.Also a sweet man, the father of my niece is there also.  Imagine if the hurricane after Irma, also landed in Florida, what a horror of a scenario that would be. Things will not get better, only harder. People will loose hope, and wish to hide, but there will be nowhere to hide. Their shame will be obvious, as they have not turned to God, in the many opportunities that they had. Today is the day of salvation. Today is the day one must decide who they will serve, God or Mammon.
