Love Triangle Eyed in Apparent murder-suicide at Nudist Camp
Three people were found dead at a nudist campground in
an apparent murder-suicide prompted by a “love triangle” gone wrong,
authorities say.
Police in Canada found three bodies inside a home on Monday
at the Adam & Eve campground in Saint-Brigitte-des-Saults, a nudist
campground about 75 miles northeast of Montreal in southwestern Quebec, CBC News reports.
The bodies of three people – identified by police as Suzanne
Garceau, 50, Rodrigue Tremblay, 77, and 76-year-old suspect Denys
Carpentier – shows signs of violence, but the weapon used in the attack
could not be confirmed, Quebec provincial police said.

Investigators believe the incident appears to be a double
murder-suicide, with Carpentier suspected of killing Garaeu and Tremblay
before taking his own life, according to the Toronto Sun.
“It appears to have been the result of a love triangle,” a
police spokesperson told the newspaper, referring to Carpentier as the
presumed suspect.
Carpentier, according to news reports cited by The Toronto
Sun, was angry that Gareau had started a relationship with Tremblay.
Reports that the three died from gunshot wounds from a high-powered
rifle were not confirmed by a police spokesman, according to the
newspaper.
The campground near Drummondville bills itself on itself on
its website as space for “liberated people,” featuring trailers, a disco
bar, a swimming pool , a main complex and a host of activities,
including an adult-themed Halloween party.
