Help Line for Kids

I went to church this morning with Hubby. It is Pentecost Sunday, and still not raptured. Came home and watered the garden. It is already strawberry season, I can hardly believe it. My plants are producing berries. There will be an abundance of peaches. I hear there are waterfalls where they haven't had waterfalls for over a quarter of a century. The dessert is blooming once again. The world is beautiful, despite all the anger and hatred, and murders. My husband brought home some lovely roses. Our night at the mental health fundraiser was interesting and loud. There were much more young people there than I expected, all involved in the smooth flow of the program. Many companies contributed to the raffles and draws. We did not come home with anything except an appreciation for those interested in the topic of mental health, and mental illness. There is even a 24 hr helpline for children. This is a recent addition to helping those who are in between finding counsellors or doctors. Here is a number, please put it in your cell phones.

You will find a college or university educated person on the line who is there to help. Tina Turner was great! So much energy. It was a woman with her two girls who appeared on Ellen and Oprah two times. They do world tours, and wow, the energy. We were able to order Subway sandwiches, a pop, chips and even have Spirits if we wanted to. I had a glass of wine, that gave me a headache. It was white not chilled. At least my husband now knows I prefer red wine.. it only took 30 years of marriage. I missed not having my children beside us. People seemed too gay (happy) , a distraction from the pain and suffering of a loss like ours. That is OK though. I release all. Amanda Todd's mother spoke for 20 minutes. Apparently, the Dutch man who cyber bullied Amanda to take her life is going to be brought to Canada to face trial. We will foot the bill for this monster, to prison him for decades. It will be our children who pays for his keep. Will Justice ever be served? I don't think so, not in this lifetime. However, we can rejoice that the Judge of the Universe will deliver the Judgement that is due to all of us.
