Who is the Rider on the White Horse in Revelations?

There have been much confusion about the white horseman in Revelations. Some say it is Jesus the riding the horse, but it isn't.. I always knew that Jesus would carry a sword and not a bow.
This is what Steinman wrote:

Just as there is the Holy Godhead, comprised of three persons, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, these three are ONE much like time, space and matter are one.  Like also time is past, present and future, yet one.  Space is length, width and height, yet they are all one, so too matter, energy, speed, and phenomenon, meaning all things are made of thing that have no substance, they are made by the energy of light.  God word and personage is light and spirit, who by means of the immaculate conception became a man, the Word of God made flesh.

Therefore, the man on the white horse represents the godhead of evil, Satan, the Antichrist and the False Prophet, these three are one.  The bow in the hand is binary to the covenant of life, the rainbow covenant.  The rider on the white horse has in his hand the covenant of death made with Haman.  That covenant will be confirmed by the many, the United Nations, when they will attack the city of Jerusalem on the day appointed and so name, Purim, 5781, Zechariah 14:1-2.

Hope this helps!!!
