Signs of the Times Part 1 Series

This sermon and notes today , was about how can we know when Jesus is coming? There is one passage in the bible that answers the question. In Matthew 24 , Jesus gave a sermon to His disciples after being asked about His return.  It is the longest answer our Lord ever offered to a question put to Him.  And a close examination of the chapter provides a comprehensive ruth about the last days and a cohesive scheme for understanding the events of the end times.

The real nice thing about going to church today was having been driven there by my dear son-in-law. Two of my girls also attended the service.  Such an uplifting morning. A little bit of what Heaven will be like. This series will continue for several weeks and I hope to put it on for you every Sunday.. So Happy that we can be learning together. Your eternal lives matter, and I can't wait for that Trumpet to sound..
Deborah's friend, and family friend of ours called the other day, saying he had just been to his 33 year old friends funeral. He apparently was shot in the head in his car in Maple Ridge, over some relationship.. two girls? To top it off, it was in a church parking lot. His dear friend, now has lost Deborah, plus this young man so early in life.  We honor their lives, and ask God to give strength to this young man who has to carry on without his friends in this very dark world.  We know that everything will be made new and restored.. No more pain, crying, death or sorrow.. The time is coming.. Hold on my friend.. soon justice will prevail..
