Who are the white Hats

WHO ARE THE WHITE HATS?

The White Hats are military personnel who work directly with the Galactic Federation and are involved in covert activities that cannot be made public for various reasons until the shift.

They are associated with other issues that would cause widespread fear or outrage if made public, including ongoing alien contact, the arrest of high-ranking public figures, and the removal of cloning facilities.

The White Hats are human starseeds descended from Galactic Federation ethnicities who serve this function through their soul plan agreements. They can be considered a "loophole" that allows the Galactic Federation (GF) to act directly in human form.

Pleiadians say there are hundreds of active #WhiteHats around the world. Not all were born in the US, but all work at bases associated with the US military. They travel on Galactic Federation ships, and some have left the planet to visit GF bases on the Moon and Mars. Their memories of these experiences may be temporarily blocked to avoid distractions in their daily lives.

Occasionally, the White Hats have obtained advanced technology in the past, such as the "looking glass" (which allows them to see a short distance into the future). The #Looking_Glass has changed hands over the years and is now stored unused in a base in #Antarctica.

Trump's knowledge of the #Pleiades and the #Galactic_Federation initially came from the White Hats, who approached him in the late 1980s. He worked with them for years and knew of many secret arrests.

I have previously reported that my Pleiadian brothers have #TwinSouls incarnating now. Some of these incarnations are civilians like me and some are active White Hats. The Pleiadians have informed us that #Archangel Raphael is also currently incarnated and serving as a White Hat. I can share some information to give a better idea but will not mention the names for security reasons.

THE INCARNATED SOUL ASPECT OF NEIOH.

He is not a twin soul but an "aspect soul" meaning he will integrate with Neioh at the time of the shift. He was born in France. He is 55 years old (2025) and is primarily located in Antarctica. He is a U.S. Navy Seal and serves as a liaison between the Pleiadians and the other White Hats. He transports criminals to a place of incarceration. He travels on the Galactic Federation spacecraft. He has been to BASK (the GF base in Sedona) many times for meetings.

AKATU'S TWIN SOUL.

He was born in Italy. He is 55 years old (2025). He is primarily stationed at a military base in Egypt. He regularly boards to report on black hat activities around the world.

LAKA'S TWIN SOUL:

He was born in Germany. He is 43 years old (2025). He also travels in a spaceship and meets with the Galactic Federation. He is stationed at Ramstein Base in Germany.

ARCHANGEL RAPHAEL'S INCARNATION:

He has short brown hair. He has worked behind the scenes on important missions. He travels with Elder Ikai and Archangel Michael.
