I realize that people walk into this investment at different times. We probably have people getting into this that are brand new and I understand that. I also understand that people don't know where to turn to get information on this investment. If you get caught up in the guru nonsense and contract rates and blah blah blah it can be frustrating. 

The truth is this is happening and I feel safe in saying very soon based on Budget tables by the end of February and the moves Trump made to remove Iran's influence over Iraq. I believe we will have an interesting week with some big news but that's just my guess
